Cancellations: Should you cancel your reservation more than fourteen days prior to your stay with us, you will be refunded the full amount of your stay less a $25 fee per day for each room booked with us. For cancellation within fourteen days of your scheduled stay, you will be refunded one-half of the original booking. If we are able to rebook your room, you will be refunded the full amount of your stay less a $25 fee per day for each room booked with us. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show on the date(s) of your planned stay, you will be charged in-full for your original reservation.



Taxes: The displayed room rates do not include taxes.
An 8.75% state sales tax and a 3% bed tax will be added to your bill.



Smoking: For the health and safety of our guests, smoking is prohibited. If you have been found to have smoked in one of our guest rooms, an additional $250 clean up fee will be added to your room bill.



Breakfast: We serve breakfast from 7:30am to 9:00am. Should you require an earlier time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.



Dietary Concerns: Please notify us, in advance, of your dietary needs or concerns and we will do our best to prepare an appetizing breakfast for you.



Swimming Pool: Please follow standard safety procedures when using our in-ground swimming pool. We do not allow diving, and children must be supervised at all times by a parent when outside. Towels are provided near the pool for our guests.



Children: Please contact us directly to discuss our policy regarding children.



Pets: In consideration for all our guests, we are unable to accept pets.
